Remove chickpeas from the oven and reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F. Place chickpeas in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil, lime juice and maple syrup.
Sprinkle the chili lime seasoning over the chickpeas and gently mix together making sure the spices are evenly distributed and taking care not to break the chickpeas into bits.
If the chickpeas are still a bit mealy in the middle, turn the oven off, with the chickpeas still in the oven, and let them sit for an additional 10-20 minutes.
