Easy Creamy Guacamole

Perfect for hosting and parties, this Creamy Guacamole takes under 10 minutes to prepare and is sure to be a big hit!

This recipe uses super easy ingredients that can be purchased from a local grocery store if they are not already in your kitchen. Read the Recipe Card for the measurements.

Chop the cilantro, red onions and mince the garlic; set aside.

Slice the avocados in half and then carefully remove the pit. Whack the pit of the avocado with a chef's knife or any large knife, then turn the knife counterclockwise while holding the avocado in place. 

In a medium bowl, add avocado halves, lime juice and salt. Mash the avocados together with a fork or potato masher, leaving a few whole chunks for added texture.

Using a rubber spatula, fold in the cilantro, red onions and garlic. For a little of kick spice, add a diced jalapeno pepper or two.

Adjust for salt and acid (lime juice). It's also a good idea to try the guacamole on the chip that you’ll be serving it with.

Serve with your favorite chip or on as a side with tacos, burritos and quesadillas.
