Crunchy Maple Pecan Granola

This Maple Pecan Granola is crunchy with a hint of natural sweetness. Super easy to make and addictive to eat!

Adjust the oven rack to the middle position and preheat to 300 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Add the oats, pecans, flaxseed meal, and cinnamon in a large bowl; whisk to combine.

Combine the canola oil, maple syrup, light brown sugar, vanilla and salt together in a small bowl; whisk to combine.

Pour the maple syrup mixture over the oats. Use a rubber spatula to help scrape off any stubborn maple syrup that is stuck to the bowl.

Bake in the preheated 300 degree F oven for 40 minutes until lightly brown.

Remove from the oven and let the granola cool completely.

Break into chunks and store at room temperature, in an air tight container, for up to 2 weeks.
